Four Complete Sentences on Saturday Night

If one takes the time to follow a thought
it soon loses its force and crumbles apart.

What’s amazing is how much reality we grant
to the gaseous emissions of our neural plant.

We waste precious time immersed in our minds
while playmates beckon and love lights shine.

Don’t waste a moment dwelling on crap —
if you want oblivion, take a nap.
